Includes dual-channel frame synchronization, colour-bar test pattern generators, dual-channel digital colour processing, full frame memory and still frame capability.  Used with an edit controller this TBC will let you produce true A/B rools, wipes, dissolves and seamless cuts.  The TCB-HQ also corrects the time-base error of any heterodyne VTR for broadcast teleproduction and synchronizes CATV broadcasts to encode the video signal's blanking region with head-end scrambling.
