BRIC-Link - Low-Cost IP Audio Codec

BRIC-Link IP Audio Codecs are designed for point-to-point and point-to-multi-point Audio connections. They use Comrex's revolutionary BRIC (Broadcast-Reliable Internet Codec) technology to deliver low-delay, jitter-free, high-quality mono or stereo audio over IP networks including the public internet either compressed (AAC algorithms), uncompressed PCM or FLAC Lossless coding.

Access - IP / Internet Digital Audio Codec

The Access Rackmount and Portable units use the revolutionary BRIC algorithms or AAC codecs - including the remarkable AAC-ELD family - to deliver low-delay, jitter-free, high-quality mono or stereo audio over the public internet and other IP networks. Compatible with the Matrix, Bluebox and Vector, they can be used with wired ethernet and POTS or wireless connections such as WiFi, 3G mobile data and the BGAN/VSAT satellite services.

BlueBox - 15KHz PSTN / GSM Digital Audio Codec

The New Comrex BlueBox entry-level PSTN / GSM codec provides up to 15KHz 2 way audio over a standard PSTN telephone line or using a GSM wireless mobile phone. And of course, it's fully compatible with the Industry-Standard Matrix, Vector and Hotline codecs.

DH20 - Digital Hybrid

The DH20 is an inexpensive digital hybrid designed to connect a telephone line to audio equipment. It includes several features that are usually only available in more expensive units, such as selectable caller control, AGC, and auto answer/disconnect.

DH22 - Digital Hybrid

The DH22 provides an inexpensive conference connection for two telephone lines in a single hybrid. In addition to including all features of the DH20, it provides two balanced caller outputs for separate caller connections to the console. If desired, a single DIP switch will mix both callers to a single outpost. Automatic Gain Control adapts every call to ensure the best quality audio.

DH30 - Digital Hybrid

The DH30 is a full-featured, programmable digital hybrid with record and cue functions. Both analog and AES/EBU connections allow you to establish a direct link between the DH30's digital signal processor (DSP) and a digital console. Audio processing functions include equalization, expansion, compression, bass-boost, auto answer/disconnect, and auto-ducking. The DH30 also features selectable auto mix-minus and acoustic echo cancellation.

Matrix - 15kHz ISDN, PSTN and GSM Digital Audio Codec

The Comrex Matrix provides both ISDN and PSTN full duplex links of 15kHz, and interfaces to the cellular network to provide enhanced audio quality via a mobile phone connection. Fully compatible with all modes of the Vector and HotLine PSTN codecs, the Matrix provides a two-channel audio input mixer with additional tape input, comprehensive call handling and automatic interfacing to Matrix, Vector and HotLine codecs.

STAC - Telephone Talk-Show System

The STAC (Studio Telephone Access Centre) is the de-facto industry-standard Talk Show system for Phone-ins. It can be configured for 6 or 12 PSTN lines and up to 4 callers plus the host can be put on-the-air at the same time. It has an in-built IP Browser interface for screener/control. A CLI (Caller Line Identification) add-on is now available with caller logging and telephone address book database.

TCB 1&2 - Telephone Couplers

Comrex telephone couplers provide clean, transparent transformer connections from telephone lines to external audio equipment.
