The New Access Stereo Internet Audio Codec The Access is the first codec to use BRIC (Broadcast Reliable Internet Codec) technology to deliver wideband audio over IP networks in realtime. Studio Access is designed to provide network connections via an Ethernet jack or dial-up phone line. Setup, connection management and status information are provided by the internal web server and accessed by any web browser. The browser interface displays audio levels, network impairment information and connection status. User control, algorithmic parameters and reliability options are also provided over this network connection. Stereo or mono audio connections are made via analogue (balanced XLR) or digital (AES) connections. The Access will work on a wide variety of wired and wireless circuits including:
And to top it all, it also has a built-in modem that can be connected to a standard telephone line in order to make or receive 15KHz calls to a Matrix, Bluebox, Vector or another Access. For more details on the Access, click here

Prontonet IP / ISDN / X21 Audio Codec Prontonet is the flagship model of the Pronto audio codec family and builds on the features provided by the other models. By supporting the latest generation of audio compression alogorithms such as MPEG 2/4 AAC LC, MPEG4 LD (low delay) and APT-X, performance possibilities as a dual audio codec are extended. It can also be used across an IP network via its Ethernet port and offers bidirectional uncompressed audio across this medium. ISDN Contribution Package The ISDN contribution package has been designed for non-broadcasters who wish to participate in live radio shows without having to travel to the studio or request a radio car. Compatible with almost all radio stations, the system works over an ISDN line and ensures that the contributor sounds like they are in the studio. The system consists of a high quality headset, an ISDN codec and all necessary cabling. Everything is kept simple in order to ensure ease of operation for those of a non-technical background. Being equipped with the ISDN contribution kit means that radio stations will tend to prefer you over someone that is merely available on the telephone. Some higher profile shows will not even consider interviewing on the phone. Many previous customers have commented that their public profile has improved significantly since purchasing the system owing to the increased radio exposure that they have enjoyed.
